Faculty Profile

Ms. Bakhtawar Manzoor is an accomplished legal scholar and the recipient of two highly competitive, fully funded international scholarships: the Chinese Government Scholarship for her PhD in International Law at Zhejiang University, China ranked 39th in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2026 and the prestigious British Commonwealth Scholarship for her LLM in International Human Rights Law from the University of Liverpool, UK. She possesses extensive teaching experience in Public International Law, Human Rights Law, and Constitutional Law at esteemed institutions, including Punjab University Law College and the University of London’s postgraduate programmes. She has authored over 15 research publications in recognised HEC-approved journals, addressing diverse national and international legal issues. Her professional experience also includes legal advocacy at the Liverpool Law Clinic, UK, where she assisted with complex litigation involving immigration matters.
