Faculty Profile

Prof. Qureshi is a distinguished legal scholar and academic leader with over 35 years of experience in legal education, research, and academic administration. She holds a PhD in Law and Human Rights from Lancaster University, which she completed in less than three years a remarkable achievement in academia. Her doctoral research was supervised by renowned scholars and was highly commended for its academic rigor and clarity of thought. Prof. Qureshi also earned an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge, where she was awarded the prestigious British Council Commonwealth Scholarship, a highly competitive distinction awarded to only one law scholar from Pakistan during that academic year. She completed her LL.B. from the University of the Punjab, receiving a Gold Medal in Mercantile Law.
