Professor Dr. Klaus Ulrich Schmolke [Chair of Private Law, Commercial Law, Company Law, and Business Law at Friedrich Alexander University (FAU), Germany] taught a short-course, titled “European Company Law,” at UMT School of Law and Policy from 16 May 2016 to 19 May 2016. Prof. Schmolke also awarded FAU certificates to SLP’s students, both undergraduate and graduate, who completed the course requirements.
Prof. Schmolke taught the course as part of the ongoing collaboration between FAU and SLP that was negotiated by Syed Imad-ud-Din Asad [Founding Director and Associate Professor, SLP] in 2014 in Erlangen, Germany.
