The School of Law and Policy organized an insightful session on Mergers and Acquisitions: Practical Legal and Commercial Perspectives on 27 November 2025. The event featured Ahmed Tariq, a legal and commercial expert, who discussed key transactional structures, regulatory considerations, and the commercial strategies that shape modern M&A deals.
The session was coordinated by Mr. Jarrar Azim Khan. Students engaged actively with the speaker, exploring real-world scenarios, risk assessment, and the evolving role of legal professionals in corporate transactions.
The event, held at Room 6L-03 from 6 pm to 8 pm, gave students valuable exposure to applied corporate law and practical insight into how M&A decisions impact businesses and markets
