School of Law and Policy, in collaboration with Oxford University Press, invited Honorable Mr. Hamid Khan, Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and one of the founding partners of Cornelius, Lane and Mufti, a leading law firm in Pakistan. Seminar was on a key subject of Administrative law. Mr. Hamid Khan has written many books on the subject. His recent book published by OUP is a comprehensive compilation of principles of administrative law, a comparative study. It was an interactive session with detailed discussion on how principles of administrative laws were developed by superior courts in Pakistan, India, Britain and US.
