On 03 February 2014, Heidelberg Law NMUN appointed Syed Imad-ud-Din Asad [LL.M. (Harvard); Founder and Director, Center for Law and Policy; Founding Director and Associate Professor, UMT School of Law and Policy] a member of its academic board in recognition of his academic and professional achievements and expertise.
Professor Asad is the first non-German member of the prestigious board that comprises of distinguished professors at Faculty of Law, Heidelberg University, Germany. The German members of the board include Professor Dr. Ute Mager, Professor Dr. Bernd Grzeszick, Professor Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Peter-Christian Müller-Graff, Professor Dr. Stefan J. Geibel, and Professor Dr. Thomas Pfeiffer.
