The Office of Internationalization (OIN) invited UMT Family, especially Faculty and students, to attend the talk series session on fiduciary duty in Company law with the guest speakers namely. Ms SI, Dingnan (Amina Si) Phd Taiwan and legal Professional , and Ms Khushbakht Qaiser ( Assistant Professor ) LLM , UK, a company law expert and both of them discussed the aspects related to fiduciary duty of directors of a company , their liabilities and other technical details. The webinar was held on 24th December 2020 at 12:00 Pm PST. Students from different departments also joined and the moderator was Ms. Arsala Maryam from OIS.
