Dr. Mauro Arturo Rivera, a Ph.D. in Law from the Complutense University of Madridand a Masters in Parliamentary Law, Elections and Legislative Studies from the same University. Currently working as a Lecturer in Law at Iberoamerican University visited School of law and Policy on 08-03-2022 and delivered an informative lecturer on the topic of, "Why Judges vote? Majorities and supermajorities in Constitutional control". His lecturer followed up with a presentation and students question answer session. He gave an overview about the different jurisdictions' constitutional structures and procedures.
