Program Structure

 

Students are required to complete four (4) courses (12 credit hours) to earn a Minor in Law and Policy.

Fall Semester Courses:

  • Introduction to Law and Legal System (LLB 104)
  • Environmental Law (LLB 528)
  • Constitutional Law III (Pakistan) (LLB 312)

Spring Semester Courses:

  • Law of Contract (LLB 204)
  • Human Rights Law (LLB 221)
  • Medical and Forensic Law (LLB 538)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to undergraduate students after completing at least 3 semesters.
  • Minimum CGPA 2.60 required to register.
  • Students can register through the student portal (ERP).

Graduation Criteria

  • Minimum GPA of 2.0 in all minor courses.
  • If all required courses are not completed, passed courses will appear as “Additional Courses” on transcripts.

 Facilitation Highlights

  • Minor GPA is calculated separately and does not affect SGPA/CGPA.
  • Students may take up to 21 credit hours per semester (including minors).
  • “W” and “F” grades in Minor courses will not appear on transcripts.
  • Minor courses and title will be reflected on your transcript.
