On 28 August 2016, Prof. Dr. Matthias Storme [Professor, Faculty of Law, KU Leuven; Founder, European Law Institute] invited SLP's delegation, lead by Syed Imad-ud-Din Asad [Founding Director and Associate Professor, SLP], to the historic Belgian city of Ghent.
Prof. Storme, who hails from Ghent, received the delegation at the train station and then took them on a detailed walking tour of the city. He showed them various museums, exhibitions, and historical parts of the city. During the tour, Prof. Storme also treated the delegation to a traditional Belgian lunch.
SLP's delegation expressed immense gratitude to Prof. Storme for taking time out of his busy schedule in order to give them a wonderful experience of his city.
